villa Spain slideshowLooking for an apartment to rent or a villa in Spain? We let our villa at the Costa Blanca on a weekly basis for Euro 230 to 295, 50 km south of Alicante. Minimum stay is one week. Special rates for long term winter stay.

We are letting our holiday house in Villamartin close to Torrevieja, 50 km south of Alicante to non-smoking people. We rent it out privately and directly without commission fee.

The holiday flat has a size of about 65qm and is situated in a maintained park settlement. There is a front-patio (to have breakfast e.g.). For the evening sun there is a terrace at the rear of the property and on the flat roof you can have your sundowner.

Inside the house there is a living room, dinette, 2 bedrooms, shower and kitchen. The villa in Spain  is completely equipped with laundry and furniture. The apartment has television (ASTRA dish), stereo set, air conditioning system in the living room / dinette and master bedroom and heating facilities (gas and electric). See groud-plan.

Your vacation for max. two adults with two children in a pleasant and quiet environment, about 4 km to the beach, 250 m to a commercial pool. 

Rent is Euro 230 to 295 according to season per week. Long term rent exceeding four weeks is negotiable.

Changing is normally on Saturday.  Winter stay is possible.
